    Maintenance work

    Maintenance work is carried out on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Our maintenance staff will always ring the doorbell before entering the apartment. If there is no response and permission has been granted to use the master key, our staff will use the building’s master key to enter.

    A notice of the maintenance visit will always be left in the apartment.

    For urgent issues like door openings or water leaks, please call us directly. Our emergency service is available 24/7, every day of the year.

    Note: Door opening is a paid service. The price will be provided during the call. Service is only available to registered residents, and a valid ID will be required.

KotiMasa

You are welcome to use KotiMasa -residential customer service mobile application, but it for the moment is offered only in Finnish language. However, the basic issues are easy to use. Test it; laundry room reservations etc. can be easiest made via the app, even in Finnish.

You can register yourself as a user at website with Google translator or ask our customer service to guide you. We are waiting to get the English translation for the app from our service provider.
